Between the years of 2011 and 2016, Whitchurch-Stouffville’s population grew by just under 22%, which made it the second-fastest growing municipality in York Region. Projections by the town estimate a population of about 60,600 in 2031, with the community of Stouffville to be responsible for 97% of that future growth.
