1974 marked her first year in the business as a real estate salesperson. Persevering through market challenges while raising a young family, Vivian quickly learned that creating success required hard work, persistence and a customer focused approach. In pursuit for more, Vivian followed her passions and decided to purchase and manage a small brokerage of 18 realtors in Richmond Hill. Leading by example of putting people need’s first, Vivian transformed (grew) her brokerage from a small business to a market-dominating powerhouse. Today, Vivian along with her family proudly offer Your Community Realty – 1000 realtors strong and 10 fully-serviced locations around the GTA.

Michelle Risi brings over 20 years experience in the real estate industry, and serves as Executive Vice President and Broker/Manager within the company. With a passion for continuous growth and learning, Michelle recognized early on a need to better develop the skills of realtors, which lead her to founding the educational division of the company – The Real Estate Academyâ„¢. “Helping YOU is what I do” is more than a tagline, it’s her brand promise. Justin Risi

Justin’s entry in the real estate industry began early on, where he spent much of his childhood exposed to real estate and land development. He quickly realized the exciting potential that the real estate industry offered, and began building his repertoire of skills and knowledge. Earning an Honors Bachelor in Economics as well as his Broker designation in real estate, Justin gained the knowledge he needed to realize his dream in the business world.
As President of Dominion Lending Mortgage Loans Canada, Justin began building relationships with professionals both in real estate and the finance sectors while offering tools and support to help realtors and clients with their real estate investments. A natural leader, negotiator and manager, Justin brings forth his portfolio of skills and knowledge as Executive Vice President and Regional Manager for Your Community Realty. Jack Fusco
Broker/Manager of Richmond Hill and Thornhill office
Jack has been licensed for over 30 years, bringing with him knowledge and experience in real estate sales, legal and brokerage management. As a young paralegal, he worked hands-on to accumulate knowledge in everything from title searches, land assemblies and conveyance to power of sales, foreclosures and construction.
With over 100,000 hours of combined legal and real estate experience, Jack focused all that he knew into his own brokerage where he engaged in both residential and commercial transactions, and later on into successfully managing and operating high performing offices across the GTA. Experienced in mergers and acquisitions, negotiating, technology, commercial and training, Jack brings all that he knows into his role as manager for our Head Office and Woodbridge locations. Jack’s management style is hands-on, and never misses an opportunity to connect, educate and mentor both new and seasoned realtors alike. Jack’s creative and out-of-the box thinking often finds him engaging in mastermind sessions, task forces, focus groups and committees both at the brokerage and the Toronto Real Estate Board level.

Giorgio Argentini
Broker, Manager – Aurora office
Giorgio’s Real Estate career started over 40 years ago. Firstly, investing in pre-construction, as a teenager. Funded his university days by flipping easy projects over the summer months. Worked in the Real Estate Department as an articling student for one of the top law firms in Canada. An award winning Broker for almost 25 years, in Residential, Investment and Commercial Real Estate . Volunteers on various TRREB Professional Standards Committees, currently is chair of the Appeals Committee. Giorgio comments, ” The industry has changed so much over time, however one aspect has not, agents require more than ever, up to date knowledge and practical knowhow to succeed in this ever changing dynamic industry . Clients expect the very best from an agent, when servicing their needs. Giorgio’s Engineering and Legal background has helped him to succeed in life by utilizing critical thinking and problem solving balanced with fairness and a legal approach to issues that may arise.
Giorgio gives back to the Real Estate Community. He has advised numerous agents dealing with complex situations and in avoiding conflicts. For the past 21 years, Giorgio has conducted seminars for first time Buyers and Sellers and Real Estate Investment seminars. Finding and evaluating various investment options that fulfill the client’s requirements is of utmost importance.
Giorgio gives back to the Dance Community, Ballroom and Latin Dancesport, being a former champion in the 80’s, is a Certified and qualified member of the (CDF) Canadian Dancesport Federation and (NDCC) National Dance Council of Canada. He helps with training and developing young dancers to achieve their true potential. He also adjudicates various dance competitions across North America.
Giorgio gives back to the Motorsports Community. Being a former racer in the 90’s with SCCA, FIA and SCCA, Giorgio participates on various safety committees to ensure car and track safety for all participants and spectators alike. Occasionally he thrills passengers on racetracks for fundraiser events.

Keith Kwan, Manager of our Unionville/Markham location, brings over 31 years’ experience in Residential and Commercial real estate sales and leasing. Mark has several years of real estate experience, going back to 2010. After the financial and real estate markets took a hit in previous years, Mark saw an opportunity to enter the industry at a historic yet challenging point.
Mark brought many years of marketing and advertising experience to his new profession, which was a natural fit, being a self promoter and digital marketing specialist. Mark was an early adopter of online marketing, SEO and website development, which was integral in his success in several online ventures.
Mark enjoys a very active lifestyle and participates in many athletic events, such as running marathons and endurance challenges. He is excited to bring that spirit and drive to the YCR Management Team.

Ben’s approach to management and leadership have been influenced by his life and business experience. His bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology, combined with his Fifth degree Black Belt in Martial Arts, have taught Ben the power of focus, commitment and the importance of leading by example.
Ben is a natural teacher and leader, and in addition to his role at the brokerage, Ben shares his time giving back to the community by mentoring young children at the Golden Tae Kwon Do in Richmond Hill.
